Who we are

Salmon Consulting is led by Tom Salmon, a people-centric business leader, strategist and marketer who works with companies as an advisor and non-executive director.

Tom was the managing director of the award-winning digital agency Epiphany from 2015–2020, a £12m turnover business employing 190 people in London, Leeds and Sydney. His team won Large Integrated Agency of the year in 2018 and worked with clients including Savills, FirstDirect, Waterstones, Pets at Home, TKMaxx and Dixons Carphone.

Tom has wide ranging experience of partnering with organisations such as Google and Microsoft, and has worked across a diverse range of sectors including music, higher education, technology, professional services and retail.
